Wonder if Roy's recent injury has anything to do with this? Not really any place for him at this point. I think Preds are looking harder now at those in Milwaukee (and beyond) who are going to be deserving of a move up - sooner rather than later.

Wonder how this fits in w/Poile's Stalberg waiver/recall/where-is-he-now/whatever's next moves? Some gamesmanship at hand.

On Preds site, Stalberg is in twilight zone - not on Preds roster and not on "In the System" either. I guess recent moves have him in limbo-land.

edit: Preds site just added news that Stalberg reassigned to Ads.

Here's the question I have: Does Roy not fit better than Jokinen?
Maybe its just me but I don't see much that I like from Jokinen.

I think Ollie fits in better on the PK but Roy is nice to have in the shoot out.

I was thinking the same thing. Olli is pretty much worthless as dog poop. He is decent on PK, but that's about it.

Think about it, if he is fouling things up then he would be a determent, however, not contributing offensively can be over looked some what.

That is a little harsh. I think he plays his role on the ice pretty good, Ive not seen or remember any major foul ups on the ice. He's kind of just there, and that may be a good thing. Think about it, if he is fouling things up then he would be a determent, however, not contributing offensively can be over looked some what.

Too many penalties recently? Until Sat night's game Josi had two for the entire season - 4 minutes total. And Sat he had two penalties (not three) - both in the 1st. And the first call was absolute BS - completely blown call call by the ref.

I don't see any sloppiness in his play. Heck, he was given 2nd star of the game!

I didn't see the first penalty so you may be right. I just noticed him in the box more recently.
